This blend includes grapefruit slices, cinnamon, sage, bay, and fresh rosemary tied together and infused with Reiki energy to support whatever intention you bring to your ritual.

Use it for manifestation practices, cleansing your space, grounding, meditation, or any personal smudging ritual that helps you reset and reconnect.

Smudging Instructions

1. Set your intention
   Before lighting your smudge bundle, pause and decide what you want to release, call in, or shift.
   Your intention is the most important part of the ritual.

2. Light the bundle
   Ignite the tip until it catches a small flame. Gently blow it out, allowing it to smolder and create smoke.

3. Move through your space
   Hold a dish or fire-safe bowl under the bundle.
   Slowly move through your home or around your body, letting the smoke drift where you feel called. Keep windows or doors open so energy and smoke can move out.

4. Finish the ritual
   When you’re done, press the bundle into a fireproof bowl or sand to fully extinguish. Dip in water if you’re unsure it’s extinguished. 
   Take a deep breath, ground your energy, and close the ritual with gratitude.

Each bundle is handmade, so slight variations in color, shape, or size are natural and part of their charm.
