Golden Milk

Haldi Doodh as it’s traditionally called in Ayurveda is comprised of turmeric and warming herbs.

My blend is loaded with a mixture of Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine herbs for full nourishment in this cold weather. Turmeric, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Fennel, Ginger, Black Pepper and my secret ingredient of Celtic Sea Salt for trace minerals/hydration. All packaged in a reusable glass jar.
