Nidra + Reiki

Join this session to benefit from the two beautiful practices of yoga nidra with Reiki healing. 

Yoga nidra or yogic sleep in modern usage is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation. 

We will start our 1 hour class with Reiki assists to get ourselves deeper into relaxation. Reiki healing is an ancient Japanese modality to bring balance back to our energetic and physical body. 

This class will unite two deep healing systems. This class is a great option for anyone of all ages and backgrounds. Pick your time slot and allow yourself to fully relax.
