Seasonal Consultation

Wanting to find out ways to live by the seasons? This package is for you! You will receive a monthly 1 hour and 2 thirty minute follow up  consultations for 3 months to discuss your health concerns as well support for seasonal living. You will receive in your first month a seasonal PDF with dosha health and Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques for better health.  Can be done virtually or in person depending on location.
